Since 1922, Galup has baked traditional holiday cakes in Pinerolo, a town nestled in the northwestern region of Piemonte, using only the highest quality ingredients and following ancient recipes.
An even more delicious variety, with CHOCOLATE drops and candied black cherries in the dough. Covered with a hand-made Hazelnut frosting enriched with whole toasted almonds and pearl sugar.
