production of DOC wines from Emilia-Romagna.
Characteristics: Light straw colour, dry, harmonious taste and fresh and fruity bouquet. Fine and persistent foam.
Alcohol content: 12% vol.
Grapes: Chardonnay and Grechetto Gentile
Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes at controlled temperature with
addition of selected yeasts. Slow prize de mousse in "cuve close" at low temperature.
Gastronomic Pairings: Aperitifs, appetizers, white meats and fish-based menus.
