Parchi della Toscana es un producto fruto del trabajo conjunto de Alce Nero y Legambiente, cuyo objetivo es convertir las tierras de todos los parques italianos a la agricultura ecológica, reduciendo el impacto de la agricultura convencional basada en el uso de productos químicos sintéticos y pesticidas. Las mezze maniche de trigo duro Alce Nero Cappelli se elaboran con la variedad histórica de trigo duro que se remonta a principios del siglo XX, cuando Nazareno Strampelli realizó pruebas experimentales en campos cedidos por el Marqués Cappelli, obteniendo así granos de calidad superior, incluyendo la variedad Cappelli. Cultivada en Italia, principalmente en las provincias de Bari y Foggia, la masa de sémola se prepara con agua de manantial de los Alpes.
Gracias a su forma, las mezze maniche de trigo duro Alce Nero Cappelli absorben la salsa por toda su superficie, lo que las hace ideales para todo tipo de platos.
El envase de esta pasta es de papel, sin plástico. Para la impresión y el cierre del envase se utilizaron exclusivamente tintas y pegamentos a base de agua, sin ningún componente químico. Es reciclable y se puede desechar en papel.
Parchi della Toscana is a product resulting from the joint work of Alce Nero and Legambiente aimed at converting the land of all Italian Parks to organic farming, reducing the impact of conventional agriculture based on the use of synthetic chemicals and pesticides. The Alce Nero Cappelli durum wheat mezze maniche are made using the historic variety of durum wheat dating back to the early 20th century, when Nazareno Strampelli ran experimental tests in fields provided by the Marquis Cappelli, thus obtaining superior grains, including the Cappelli variety. Cultivated in Italy, mostly in the provinces of Bari and Foggia, the semolina dough is prepared using spring water from the Alps.
Thanks to its shape, the Alce Nero Cappelli durum wheat mezze maniche, absorb sauce on the entire surface, making it suitable for all kinds of dishes.
The packaging of this pasta is made of paper, without use of any plastic. Only water-based inks and glues were used for the printing and closing of the package, without any chemical components. It is recyclable and can be disposed of in paper.
