Alce Nero organic tarallini are made from organic soft wheat cultivated in Italy and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil made from olives cultivated by our Italian olive farmers.
Our tarallino is made using a traditional recipe and a special production process during which they are cooked twice: first they are boiled in water and then they are oven baked. This is what makes them so crisp and fragrant, even without the use of yeast.
