En boca se mezclan cerezas, ciruelas con cacao amargo y regaliz. Estructura sabrosa y suave equilibrada con taninos y frescura gracias a la altitud del viñedo y la alta composición de tiza del suelo de marga. Potencia combinada con elegancia, sugerida por la raza de caballo TPR en la etiqueta.
Maridaje: con carnes bien cocidas, especialmente si se aromatiza con especias, hierbas aromáticas y caza. Ideal servido con queso curado y particularmente con Parmigiano Reggiano.
