With this recipe we propose a pesto that represent some of the excellence and typicality of our territory. A product with 0 km ingredients: Noto almonds, Ragusano "Cosacavaddu" PDO cheese, wild fennel, Pachino tomato and of course our olive oil collected in the Iblei mountains.
