Este vino rosado de Cantina Val delle Rose se elabora 100 % con uvas Sangiovese, cultivadas en los viñedos de la empresa en Maremma, Toscana, a 150 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Tras la cosecha, las uvas se vinifican sin hollejos mediante un prensado ligero y posterior fermentación a 14-16 °C durante aproximadamente dos semanas. Posteriormente, envejece en botella durante al menos dos meses.

Tiene un color rosado muy característico y un bouquet olfativo fresco y floral, al igual que las sensaciones en boca.

This rosé wine from Cantina Val delle Rose is made entirely from Sangiovese grapes, grown in the winery's vineyards in Maremma, Tuscany, at 150 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the grapes are vinified without skins through gentle pressing and subsequent fermentation at 14-16°C for approximately two weeks. It is then aged in the bottle for at least two months.
TASTING NOTES:
It has a very distinctive pink color and a fresh, floral bouquet, as well as a pleasant mouthfeel.
