It comes from the double fermentation of Italian apple juice. Later matured in barrels, it has a particularly delicate flavor with notes of honey and wood, and its slight acidity is associated with the richness of its purifying and toning properties. For this we can define it as a product with healthy and beneficial characteristics for the organism.
